Coach KB
Coach KB

Katina, affectionately known as KB, is the founder and CEO of KB’s FitClub. KB’s FitClub focuses on providing women with access to the tools designed to help them live healthier and happier lives. 

KB founded KB’s FitClub in May 2015, when she saw the need to give women in the community a fun way to exercise – while ensuring they learned the right ways to exercise and a way to gain group support, motivation and so much more. 

With the growth of the FitClub, KB capitalized on social media to provide women outside of her local area with access to the same resources virtually. Women from around the country, and even the world, have benefited from workout challenges, healthy eating plans, dietary tools, motivation and support.

This expansion allowed KB to venture into other avenues like fit fashion and water bottles, to name a few. 

KB provides group training, along with other activities to keep women active. She’s been known to book the skating rink or a park to provide a centralized place for women to gather to workout. 

KB is a passionate, certified trainer who creates safe and effective exercises. She takes pride in leading and motivating groups of individuals focused on living healthy lifestyles. 

Because of her passion and commitment, she will continue to expand and offer options that help meet the needs of women. Her fitness classes, challenges, and other resources help make it easier for her FitClub Sisters and others to continue on their healthy lifestyle journeys.

Coach Trina
Coach Trina

Trina (Tri’) is an American Sports and Fitness Association Certified Group Fitness Instructor.  She has a love for working out!!!

She started out as a Zumba Instructor which allowed her to pursue her passion for dancing.  She has continued to strengthen her passion (5years) for being healthy and active with KB’s FitClub, which is something she hopes to share with others through her classes. 

Trina’ s classes will definitely get you up and moving with a variety of different exercises that help to improve both muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness.  

Trina is also known as “Killa Milla” for her intense, yet fun, workouts!

Trina will be teaching classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7 PM and Saturdays from 8-9 am. She looks forward to seeing you there! 

Coach Daria
Coach Daria

Daria is better known on the dance floor as “Swag Queen”. She focuses on helping women become their most confident selves through dance fitness. Daria has been dancing since the age of 5. She attended Dee Dee’s dance center located in New Haven, CT, where she trained in Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Modern, and African. 

Daria graduated from Morris College, a Historically Black College/University (HBCU),  located in Sumter SC, where she was the president of the dance team. After graduating she went on to become a Hip Hop instructor at the Sumter Family YMCA where she obtained certifications in Zumba, Barre, and Zumba kids. 

In 2016 Daria founded Follow My Lead (FMLD) dance at the Sumter Family YMCA where she trained and mentored children from the ages of 5-17 in the fundamentals of dance. Students were trained daily to put on an annual recitals. Daria single handedly worked as the choreographer, Stylist and CEO of FMLD. 

In 2020 Daria moved to Norfolk VA where she was introduced to MixxedFit and shortly after obtain her certification.  

Daria believes through dance one can find healing, dance is the hidden language of the soul. 

Daria’s classes are held on Fridays, 6 – 7 pm.

Coach Tanesha
Coach Tanesha

Tanesha is an Accountant by day and a Step Aerobics Instructor by night! Tanesha is a Virginia native and an Old Dominion University alumni. As a an instructor she strives to encourage women that balancing everyday aspects of career, family, and fitness is possible. Tanesha developed a love of music and high energy at a young age through ballet, tap, cheer, step, and eventually chorus, as a member of the Salem Visual and Performing Arts Academy in Virginia Beach.

In an effort in maintaining an active lifestyle as she entered into adulthood, this passion did not dissipate and its when she developed a love of step aerobics, that she was able to channel that same energy and love of music from childhood. After participating in others step aerobics classes for over six years, Tanesha became certified in Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil in April of 2020. Combining Hip Hop music, Step Aerobics, and the Xtreme platform, she has been able to introduce her participants to an interactive, challenging, but yet fun cardio activity.

She is ready and willing to share her passion of step aerobics with the world!

All levels of fitness and beginner steppers are more than welcome! Join an upcoming class and see for yourself!

Coach Sheila
Coach Sheila

Sheila Dillard is an official Chair One Fitness Instructor. She has been with KB Fitness Club for the last six years. 

Fitness has always been a part of her lifestyle. Sheila brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive spirit, which she hopes to inspire and motivate others to bring that same energy. She believes that movement is essential for the body, mind and soul. Her motto is “Keep it moving by all means necessary,” whether standing or sitting.


Sheila will be instructing classes every Saturday from 10:00 am -11:00 am.

Coach Peaches
Coach Peaches

Sirata, better known as “Peaches” is a 1990 Menchville High School Graduate, a proud Virginia State University Alumnus and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.   “Peaches” is a passionate Certified ChairOne Fitness Instructor by night and an Elementary School Counselor by day.  Her passion and love for exercise/dance began at an early age as she participated in many activities such as Track & Field, Dance Teams, Ballet and Majorette.

Over the past years, Sirata suffered major health issues such as being diagnosed with Angina (a Heart Condition) and suffered a Stroke, resulting in her being paralyzed on her left side. Exercising became her Rehabilitation therapy. Mind over matter. From that moment she began walking to strengthen and rehabilitate herself by joining KB’s Bootcamp group fitness classes and several other classes to include ChairOne Fitness.  This became one of her loves.

When she is not in the gym, reading, or practicing new choreography, she reading, experimenting with new recipes, spending time with her daughters and fur babies.

Sirata’s mission is to help people feel strong, healthy, confident, and most of all happy.  Sirata prides herself on making training sessions fun, yet, educational and most importantly effective!

Her favorite client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work towards it.  She has a soft spot for “Newbies” and loves helping people ease into a healthy and active lifestyle with a “Make It Fun” attitude.

ChairOne Fitness welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and provides classes for everyone from teenagers-grandparents. In her classes, she uses a combination of weights, stretch resistance bands as well as stress management techniques. This is a class that you definitely do not want to miss! She hopes to Chair with you!
